EQ 360 Leadership Assessment follows the same principals as the EQ 360 Individual, while including managers, peers, subordinates and friends/ family (where applicable). Individuals gain insights into their performance as a leader by supervisors, peers and direct reports.

The Profile Gap Analysis highlights the level of agreement between client’s self-rating and how peers perceive them.

EQ 360 Leadership includes a Leadership Potential Analysis and Goal Action Plan. ​​

It must be noted that all results are strictly anonymous and highly confidential. The individual client has exclusive access to any results, and no results are shared with any external participants.
