comparing results to a cohort of top leaders.

EQ-i 2.0 Leadership is used for executive management, coaching and high potential leader development.

Leadership Potential focuses on 4 general competency scales (Authenticy/ Coaching/ Insight/ Innovation)

& six EQ-i 2.0 subscales associated with each competency.

Subscales are closely related to leadership characteristics associated with productivity, decreased employee turnover,

and increased efficiency. This leads to increased work satisfaction & enhanced trust,

while fostering organisational commitment and loyalty.

EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Option 1: Regular 60-minute 1:1 online coaching sessions (either x1 or x2 monthly). Followed by a psychometric retest, evaluating changes over time:
