EQ-i 2.0 Individual (Workplace)

The EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory) is one of the world’s leading measures of EI, supporting effective performance and development.  It is the latest version of the renowned BarOn EQ-i.

EQ-i 2.0 measures EI in 5 main composite areas, and then a further 15 separate sub-scales. Interpretation aims at achieving a balance across the profile, underpinning individual EI characteristics.
