Holistic measurment from the perspectives of both the individual as well as others' views.
EQ 360 measures the same elements as the EQ-i 2.0 but includes the perspective of others, specifically managers, peers, subordinates and friends/ family (where applicable). ​​

The Profile Gap Analysis highlights how much agreement there is between the client’s self-rating and how other individuals see them. This shows areas of mutual agreement as well as 'blind spots' highlighting potential areas for development.
