Holistic measurment from the perspectives of both the individual as well as others' views.
EQ 360 measures the same elements as the EQ-i 2.0 but includes the perspective of others, specifically managers, peers, subordinates and friends/ family (where applicable). ​​

The Profile Gap Analysis highlights how much agreement there is between the client’s self-rating and how other individuals see them. This shows areas of mutual agreement as well as 'blind spots' highlighting potential areas for development.

All results are strictly anonymous and highly confidential. The individual client has exclusive access to the results, and no results are shared with external participants.
