The EQ-i 2.0 Group Report provides a lens through which to interpret Emotional Intelligence in a team or group setting.
It combines individual EQ-i 2.0 assessments with a general overall analysis of the group as a whole, for creating team-level interpretations and development plans. It presents an overview of the group results that identifies group strengths as well as areas for development, including individual strengths within this context.
Furthermore, the EQ-i 2.0 Group Report discusses the Organisational Implications of the groups' Emotional Intelligence score and recommends Strategies For Action that can further develop the group’s potential.
